Peter F. Brady, born Walpole, Massachusetts, August 29, 1941; admitted to bar 1967, Massachusetts; 1970, US District Court, District of Massachusetts; 1982, U. S. Supreme Court. Education: Boston College (A.B., cum laude, 1963); Boston College and New England Law School (Ll.B., 1967). Mr. Brady began his legal career with The Travelers Insurance Company at its home office in Hartford, Connecticut, at which time he was engaged in product development, drafting and licensing of new insurance products with the various state insurance departments. Since entering private practice in 1969 he has been heavily involved in Estate Planning, Elder Law, Trust drafts and Administration, Corporate and business matters, real estate conveyancing and transaction and administrative law, issues involving zoning and land use matters.
